Our Fellowship Program supports aviation professionals ages 22-25 as they transition from training to established careers. We provide professional development and a powerful network to help our graduates succeed.
Building on Your Foundation
Program Structure
Building on Tuskegee Next's Summer Aviation program, the Fellowship program helps participants prepare for professional and personal opportunities. Participants will live in dormitories and attend daily programs including classroom training, simulators, flight training, and life skill courses. You will also have the opportunity to mentor Tuskegee NEXT Summer Aviation Program cadets. This opportunity may include a one-week externship in addition to the two-week immersion program.
